- Keep My Number mobile and web applications;
- Phone-number porting, calling, messaging, and related telecommunications services;
- Early-access and waitlist forms;

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, carriers, or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.
Information You Provide

- Your existing telephone number, current carrier, carrier account information, port-out PIN or authorization code, and other information required to transfer or maintain your number;

- Subscription, billing, transaction, and purchase information;
- Information submitted when joining our waitlist, including your email address and the country associated with your number;
- Information contained in support requests, emails, surveys, or other communications with us; and

Payment-card information may be collected directly by our payment processors or app-store providers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, subscription type, and transaction identifiers, without receiving your complete payment-card number.
Telecommunications and Communications Information
To provide calling, messaging, number-porting, voicemail, and related features, we may process:
- Telephone numbers associated with senders, recipients, and callers;
- Call and message dates, times, duration, routing, delivery status, and similar metadata;
- Carrier, network, and porting information;
- Voicemail, SMS, MMS, call, or other communications content when necessary to transmit, deliver, display, synchronize, or store that content through the Services;
- Verification codes and other messages delivered to your Keep My Number account; and
- Information about blocked, failed, or suspected fraudulent communications.
Communications content may be temporarily cached or stored when necessary to provide requested features. We do not use the contents of your calls, messages, or verification codes for targeted advertising.
When you use the Services to communicate with another person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent and providing any notice required by applicable law.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or use the Services, we may automatically collect:

- App version, language, and general device settings;

Our website currently uses services provided by Google, including Firebase and Google Analytics, and infrastructure provided by Cloudflare.
